My work recorded

3 Simple Rules For Filming without Lights

For the past few months I have been focusing mainly on getting footage together. For whatever reason, it can sometimes be difficult obtaining copies of shorts and television work, and on a personal level I wanted footage that would demonstrate my range a little. I hope to have more work up on my vimeo account soon!
In other ways I have simply been taking the steps I need to take -going to the shows I want to see, seeing the films I'm interested in (I'm also trying to edyumecate myself on the political situation at the moment), and getting to networking events when I can.
Amusingly enough I happened to be the only actor in the room at the I.A.D.T lecture on the 16th, when casting director Leo Davis mentioned that she would be curious to see if by word of mouth alone she could get an actor onto "those lists." (of the big players) I volunteered my services needless to say.
Every now and then I also flirt with the idea of writing something, the idea is often prompted by writer friends who have mentioned that it might be more satisfying to be in control of when I work. Yes.. but I do get scared of straying too far off the path you see.

Maybe I should ask the fairies? (:
